Good Park For Longer Stay

Was here working for about a month and a half. Price was fair for a monthly rate. Quiet neighbors, spot had concrete pads and trash bins at every site. Shared power station and water. My spot had plenty of shade from trees. Enjoyed my stay.

Residential Mobile Home Park

This is a residential mobile home park with mostly single wide trailers and a few double wides. 90% of residents are full time year round families. There are a few vacant sitets you can rent by the week or month and park your RV. Most RVs in this park are temporary construction and railroad guys working in the area. There are 2 motels directly across the hwy and a 24hr súper Walmart next door. This mobile home park sits on the far north edge of town so fairly quiet even with hwy near by.
