Good In-park Campground

Nice campground without amenities. Staff seemed to try to get everyone into adequate sized sites. Many are tight, but the CG was designed many years ago when people tented and nobody drove large campers. Paved or gravel sites that requires some leveling. Two dump/fresh water lanes. Really close to the Firehole, Gibbon and Madison Rivers. Fishing and wading galore. We'll be here again.

Tight quarters for RVs. A lot of the spots are just small pullouts. Make sure you're in a spot that can accommodate your slide out, if you have one. Fire pit and table. Best part of the campground is the backyard of it. Gorgeous views. We had a 30ft class c with one slide out.
