Good For Stop Through
This park-ing lot is just that. Off Jefferson and Martin Luther King, Cole st. And 23rd st. just west of the stadiums in downtown stLouis. Great laundry at low cost. Owners are nice they get the stars. I was parked next to a boat that was being worked on, The Whole lot was near empty. Im glad they weren't working on it when i was there. Pool was empty of water do to covid19. So nothing to do if you dont have a car to leave the park-ing lot. The city was closed to tourist. They could have reduced the price since there was no where to visit. Full hookups (they did give me a funnel for my waste hose...that was great and didnt need to go to the dump station.) Wifi was great! Strong and able to stream movies. They said they dont change their prices for any holidays or sporting events. but other than the full hookup and laundry or overnighting only, theres nothing to offer a fulltimer like me. I dont pull a car. I wont stay again. I'll find somewhere else. Sorry Diane, i can't afford it.

Cold Weekend
This RV park is great. It’s in the middle of all the attractions in the city. We were no more than 5 minutes from the city museum. We were able to use this RV park to meet up with our friends from Indiana. Even though it was below freezing all weekend the kids had a great time. The bath house is very clean. Will definitely use this RV park again.

Nice Park Downtown St Louis
Gravel sites basically a parking lot. But the nicest staff. Super clean and awesome WiFi. Literally downtown. Only stayed one night.

Good Park
Needed place to visit St Louis. This park is perfect for that. Area is not the best but we felt very safe at all times. Not a resort by any means, but clean, and surprisingly quiet for location. Extremely helpful, friendly staff. No problem with 40' MH towing. Sites large and mostly level. Will absolutely return if in area.

Just Arrived..
We checked in around 3:30 on a Sunday. Traffic from the highway to the park was non existant, but watch for low hanging trees northbound along the 4 lane road leading up to the park.
We are pulling a 45' fiver, and had no problems.
Staff was nice, welcoming, and helpful.
The space was a pull thru, and the hookups were perfectly placed for my long reach with 2 blk and 2 gray tanks.
As far as safety and security, I suppose its relative. My wife and I are late 40s early 50s and we felt comfortable and safe.
We offloaded the Indian and explored town! For a downtown RV park, you cant beat the convienience.

Be Very Careful
Be Very Careful if you to go to this Rv park. It’s in the middle of a dangerous part of the city. The city is one of the most dangerous cities. The park itself is nothing more than a run down parking lot.

We enjoyed our stay at St. Louis RV Park. Gina & Steve were very nice. They offered tips for sightseeing, transportation and places to eat. We would definitely stay again.

Caution
Great place to stay within the city. Great staff and very clean showers and laundry.
But when we went to break down we noticed a lot of grit/sand in the fresh water line. After reaching our next stop we checked the water filter and it was filled with the sediment with an 1/8 of an inch of sediment at bottom of filter canister.
After draining all tanks and flushing them out we added clean filter.
Just a note of caution.

Great find in the heart of downtown St Louis. No frills as in campgrounds but we wanted to see St Louis and not camp. Uber and Lyft worked out well and the staff was very, very nice. We've already told others and would stay there again.

Nice park, quieter than I would have thought for downtown area. Nicest employee, Tom.
We will come again. Thanks.

Exactly What We Wanted!
We had read reviews that we would find a clean slab of concrete in the city and that is exactly what we got. The staff was very friendly, the bathrooms and laundry very clean, and the proximity to the city cannot be beat. We loved being right in town, but not needing to drive around. Uber is up and running in St Louis and was a fantastic was to move around the city.

Bad Experience
Got to RV park at 23:00 no one in office next morning went to check in like any other RV park. I assume the man in office was an employee was very rude. Not a good first impression of St. Louis. Was asked why I did not have reservation and why I did not stop at 18:00. No way to treat a traveler.
