Beautiful Park!
We’re traveling around the country and this has to be one of my favorite parks we’ve stayed in! Large paved sites, very clean, well kept park and nice restrooms. They have bike and kayak rentals, a walking path by the lake, a playground and towards the entrance there’s a splash pad (I think that’s part of the park not the campground but the kids loved it!). I wish we had more time to spend here! Definitely recommend!

Internet WORTHLESS
This is our 2nd time at this park in 1.5 years. The park is very nice, clean, large sites, close to many stores and restaurants. My problem is the internet is just flat worthless!! Just trying to email on a laptop and it struggles, drops the connection. There's no need for this, you gotta do better!! With so many people working on the road this is ridiculous! I'm part owner in another campground, we pride ourselves in blazing fast internet. I don't expect that BUT for the money they're spending right now to change the gravel sites to concrete, 1 concrete site cost and you could have decent internet, at least stable.

Nice Park
$45 with no discounts, but a nice park with pond and bike trail around the pond. We have stayed here several times while visiting our son and family in St Peters.

Great Park
$45 but we thought it was great park. Clean, modern, good security. Level gravel sites. No trees because it’s relatively new. Full services at each site. Friendly staff

Nice park with very spacious sites. We had an end spot with a great view of the lake. Nothing fancy. Newer camping area with no trees. Great for a stopover. We stayed two nights. Park Staff was very nice.

Lakeside
Lake view, bike and walk/run path, kayaking, it was just what we needed after several days on the road! Pull thru sites were spacious with grill pits and picnic tables. Laundry facilities onsite.
Only downsides were the power lines were not very authentic around the lake. And there was no swimming allowed. And the dog park which looked great...you had to be a “member” to use??

We have been through 16 states in the last few months & this park rates in the top 3. St Louis should be proud, very well done! It's a long way from NC but we will be back.

Use this park frequently all year. Close to everything. While staying there you can use all the city amenities, pools Rec- Plex at City resident rates. Park is new. Trees take time to grow.

Oklahoma Part-time Traveler
Stayed 2 nights. Very nice park, especially if you jog (I don't), fish (I don't), have dogs (mine doesn't travel with us), or strangely enough are into archery (left our bows at home). Honestly, it is a nice, clean, maintained property, with level pads (gravel but nice) with sewer connections at each site (we had a premium back-in site as it was all that was left; not sure if each spot had sewer or if that was one of the "Premium" upgrades). I was told that proximity to the water was the "Premium" upgrade, and we were only 20 feet from the water.
Had a big dog, activity park; very nice-looking archery range; sidewalks surrounding the lake for running/biking; tandem-bicycle rentals; and great access to the highway while still feeling like you're out of the city.
Only negatives; Power lines over the lake messed up the aesthetics, and there was NO SWIMMING. We weren't going to swim anyway, but it is a must have for us when rated campgrounds.

Best place we have ever stayed even though we have only been on the road for 8 months. Very impressive entry. New. Clean. They even gave us a blue recycling bag.

Great place to stay. Spacious and open. Fishing on site, with bike trails, pavilion, laundry. City owned, well run, and newer.
