Just like the title says. We've camped in a number of states, including Missouri, and this is the nicest state park campground, hands down. In campground #1 there's level concrete pads, plenty of room between sites, quiet, and manicured grounds. With guidance from the park store folks my wife, 2 young grandsons and I tried our hands at trout fishing and had a blast! Already scheduled for next year and can't wait!

Excellent Park
Campground 1 has full electric/water/sewer hookups. The website lists 50 amp service so we brought a dog leg but it turns out our site (141) had both 30A and 50A outlets. The sites are concrete and very level. The river was a short 5 minute walk. Convenient online pre check in. We will come back when they are able to rent canoes. The bathrooms could have been cleaner.

Great Place
Campground 1 is great rv camp. Level hard full hookup sites. Great shower and toilet facilities. A lot of pull thru sites.
Beautiful area with trout fishing in the spring branch just across from the campground. Restarant, nature center, store, trout hatchery. Abundant wildlife.
4 more campsites up steep hill for smaller rvs and pop ups. Could have more local attractions but beautiful camping areas. Be aware..bears.
