Great Place

Had a wonderful time. As for the no shade complaints it’s true on the actual pads but plenty of other areas with shade especially done on the river. Water is clear and cold. Bring some googles and watch the fish. Looking forward to going there again. Only bad part in my opinion is the dust, but what would one expect, them to concrete the entire property? Once again great place and friendly staff. Also the prices at the store are very comparable to any general store.

First Full Time Spot

We rented a lot for the season. Beautiful views. Plenty to keeps kids occupied. Basketball,volleyball.frisbee golf, fishing and playgrounds. Bathrooms are clean and laundry rooms at the bathhouses. Our HVO neighbors are great!!try to get up there every weekend

Great Place

Would have received 5 Stars but no shade at all. Broiling in the during the day. Clean, close to river, staff is very friendly and park is clean.

Great Place

A very nice campsite! Quiet and friendly with all everything one could want except shade but that has been covered. Mid afternoon when the sun was highest made a great time to nap and hang out inside. We will definately be back.

Great Place Tons To Do!!

Great place with a park, sand volleyball and basketball in the back. New store up front with great selection of items. No shade and lots are angled with the sun set so from noon to sun down it's a hot box on a summer day. Would come back and will be great when trees mature.

I would give it a 5 star but shade is lacking. They have planted trees that will mature into good shade trees but right now there is little to none. Close to Bennett Springs State Park so lots to do there. Nice full hook ups with level pads. If u float u can go up stream and float down to camp grounds. Would come back.

Great Place

Concrete level pads, full hookups, right on the Niangua River. Love staying here! Only negatives are lack of shade and no WiFi.

Great New Campground!

Beautiful campground right on the river. We stayed here in our travel trailer with full hook ups. They have spacious concrete slabs surrounded by grass with a picnic table and fire ring. Clean and nice shower house. Great playground for the kiddos. We will definitely be back!

New park. Concrete pads, FHU but no shade. Gravel dusty roads.
