Interesting Stop

Most of the sites are on the river with plenty of shade trees and good water access with great fishing. There is not a guided tour of the dam but there are placards where the water comes out of the dam. There is a civil war reenactment anally also fun to visit. If the spill way is open the water is swift great for floating but may be a concern if you have smaller children. Plenty of restrooms.
