Camped in loop 100. Sites are very tight to get into and close together. No showers in this loop so have to find a shower. No map of park given so not sure where things are. Algae in water so our dog can’t kayak with us once we find where we can put in.

Loop 100 Close Spacing
Sites too close together for us. Other loops better, but no water at other loops. And trees close to many sites...tight for our 33 ft camper. Only 1 dump connection for park. Showers clean, but hot water heater broke when we were there. Cabins look nice. Marina has supplies and friendly people, but pricey. Good thing Dollar General is nearby. Area less commercialized. All small towns and family ran resturants.

Great Area
Plenty of woods and light hills. Very scenic and many opportunities to see wildlife. Make sure you know the risk of swimming in the lake before hand as far as bacteria levels etc. We have came to this lake for 4 years in a row now, plan on continuing that tradition.

Nice Lake Side Campground
Misunderstood the state park classifications and thought a premium site included water. Original site wasn't within reach of a faucet to fill our tank, but the very helpful hosts recommended another site closer to a faucet and with more shade to boot.

Forested
Nice sized sites with plenty of trees and grass. Most of the sites are quite a distance from the shower house but there are plenty of outhouses and water spigots. Really nice playgrounds
