Terrible

Avoid this gravel parking lot. Sure, it has 50 amp service and water (not potable) but it's super sketchy. No attendant, loud highway noise, and over half of "renters" appeared to be long term permanent sites. Lots of trash and clutter. The ONLY positive is it's within waking distance to McDonald's.

Only If Your Desperate

Pros: Convenient to Interstate 40, wi fi was better than most, full hookups work fine and close to Walmart, gas and restaurants. Cons: One bathroom and shower, which were disgusting. No one on premise to help. However, a phone number was provided if you needed assistance. The RV park looked more like a gravel parking lot than an RV park. My guess is the owner is generating capital to pay taxes until someone buys the property. Unless you are desperate, I suggest you save yourself $30.00 and head 3/4 mike down the road to the Walmart.
