It Works For An Overnight Stay

The sites are small and very average in appearance at best. The roads and sites are gravel with some grass/weeds next to the pads. The owners are adding a new section on the other side of the office with blacktop roads and concrete pads. It may result in a significant upgrade.

This Place Is A Dive

Move on down the road.

Great if you're not picky or luxurious.

We have been in this park for a month now. ( Travel Nurse ) In that time, the worst thing I can say is that the top dryer on the right side is the worst of the 4, but still usable. There are people who have made homes here, including families with children. Some of their travel trailers are not the prettiest, but I think that is expected for someone living the full time RV lifestyle by necessity and not choice. Tony, the manager, is a saint. This is his home too! When you come in down the hill, you can see his family " compound " comprised of 3 RV units. He had a strong accent, and sometimes that makes his jokes come off odd, but it's clear he has a good heart - and I know how to read people. The sites have full hookup, are level, there is wifi and cable. Washer, driers, restroom, pool. Cute playground and dog park. Not the prettiest, but good folks. I've never felt unsafe here and it's always been quiet.

The only good thing about this park was the free ice . The bathrooms were acceptable but the grounds and the other trailers were scary. Glad we only stayed for a short rest

Fine Overnighter

This park was a good over night location. It had some pretty aspects to it, and the road was quiet at night. We didn’t use the facilities,but the grounds were decent. Good price for full hookups. No complaints. May 2019

Campground clean and Tony had a funny way about him. Sites were close and some of the full timers’ rigs were filthy. All in all it wasn’t too bad and the price was ok.

I was a little nervous about booking at this park due to recent reviews. However, this park proved to be a pleasant surprise. Spacious, fenced dog park; level gravel sites; nice weatherproof picnic table; quiet site. Close to a Walmart and Waffle House. Only suggestion would be to upgrade bathroom fixtures, but bathroom was clean. And yes, Tony gave us a free bag of ice!

Quiet, Convenient

Tony was unfriendly & rude, but the park was quiet. Used our Good Sam Club, not sure why it cost so much. Very little grass, tons of fire ants. Would not stay here again.

Magnolia RV Park

This place is the pits. Has abandoned trailer with junk in spaces. Check it out with google earth.

Very nice park... Will definitely stay here again during travels...Tony, the office guy is a hoot... nice guy!!!!

Great for easy in and out. Level gravel pull thru sites. Large fenced dog area. Full hook up, with cable, $29 with Good Sam discount. Will stay again when passing through. We also received a free bag of ice.

Easy in, easy out. Everything you need. Tony very accommodating. Nice price.

Overnight Stop

Tony at the office was really nice. Park is really nice & clean. Very manicured. Grass between all the spots. Nice graveled pull ins. Plenty space in between sites. Would definitely stay here again. $29 with Good Sam's discount. Free ice.
