R-Pod campers
Very nice lake view sites in campground B. Cement pad for camper and for picnic table. Fire ring, E/W hookups. Senior rate $32.10 for 2 nights. State park rd. coming to the park is closed and Tate rd is nearly impassable! Roads are the only reason I couldn't give it 4.5 stars.

Nice Sites
Nice wooded sites and the roads were older but not bad at all. Great rest rooms.

Shake, Rattle And Roll
The roads leading to Campground A are very rough. Patches leading to Campground B can be rough. It’s the better of the two. It has lots of space. They even provide trash cans at each site. The park is only 10 miles from the city so it’s quite convenient.

Handicapped
Handicapped rating / 2.5 star.
A very nice wooded, secluded Park within close proximity to Natchez. We had the only easily accessible handicap site that we could see, #35. The rest had either drop offs or elevated table settings. The bathhouse was easily accessed, except for hard door to open. The shower facilities we're easily accessed with a comfortable bench and hose shower head.

Good Camp 15 Miles From Natchez
The road in was a little bumpy, but it is paved....just dodge the potholes! Campground B is the better of the 2; more sites and a better dump station. The Bathhouse at Campground B was clean, with lovely hot showers and 1 washer/1 dryer that both worked well, for $1 each. Level paved sites have power, water, grills, picnic tables and fire rings. AT&T worked OK here.

Rough road getting in, but I talked to some surveyors and they said it was on the table yo be rebuilt. Not well maintained, at least this time of year. Sites pads not that long, but concrete and level. Bath house, water and 50/30/15 amp hookups. Six full hookups. We paid $16.05 with tax for standard site with senior discount. Loop B has some lake views. Only four campers here. So ya, we love it.

GREAT place to go. Very relaxing.
Only thing to really do is fish, bike ride & maybe a trail or two to walk thru.
Always very clean, ease on-line reservation & friendly staff.
