Dog/Pet Owners Be Aware! After you make a reservation, then pay a deposit or pay for your stay, there is an animal waiver (apparently, written by a so-called "Karen"), you are required to sign and agree to follow. If you are not comfortable signing the waiver, they will cancel your reservation but charge you a cancelation fee. They have more restrictions and regulations than any RV Park we have ever seen. We travel all the time all over the country. We have contacted the Attorney General of Mississippi. It is deceitful to customers to state "Pet-friendly" then after your payment, they have a bizarre Animal Waiver that customers are required to sign. See copy of Waiver on Google review. If they would post this waiver/restrictions/regulations on the website, then pet owners would know before they make reservations and pay. They show some breed and size/50 pound restrictions on the website (only under FAQ), not posted rules

Great New Park!!!

This new park is great with local management that really cares about the guests. New laundry facility on site with multiple boat ramps nearby, and this place doesn't feel like a glorified parking lot (like a lot of other parks) with plenty of nature and mature trees around the park. I highly recommend it for long or short term stays!

Mrs. Kelly is a very sweet lady to help in the booking process. Park is huge with great WiFi connectivity, dog park, and common area with picnic tables and grills.
