This place has been clean up very very nice there is mobile homes but they're nice mobile homes and very nice level RV spots definitely would stay here again. Beautiful manicured grass throughout entire park no dumpy rundown spots The owner is extremely friendly

Rutty road, peeling floors in bath house, this is not what we expected for $35/night. Old units, most are lived in. This is a mobile home/ RV fulltime community. Might have 3 transient spots. Good enough for 1 night which is our plan.
