Very nice park, it rained off and on throughout the weekend but we did get to explore the cave, which it was a great experience, the historic Forestville area was pretty neat too! I most certainly have to come back here again!

One of our favorite parks. It has almost everything, with hiking, hills, a great cave, and a historic village. Just a short drive to the cave. Sites are clean and spacious.

Beautiful Area In The Valley

Hidden gem! Campgrounds has large, grassy, shady, mostly flat sites. Several electrical sites & nice shower building. Excellent hiking trails & unique historical site with actors on the weekends! The Mystery Cave tour is cool & interesting! Root River Bike Trail is close enough to drive to, so lots to do in the area! No swim beach.
