The experience that we are having here is very unfortunate. We initially came thinking that we would want a membership so we could take advantage of the companies various locations.
When we went for the members orientation they turned us away because my wife stayed back with our 5 and 1 1/2 year olds. We knew that they weren't going to make it through a 1.5 hour orientation, so out of respect for others she thought she'd keep them back. I was lectured about how financial decisions were a family decision, and it takes both spouses.
Before the conversation was over they had already charged my credit card the full rate and had no interest in having a conversation about how we can make this work.
Very disappointed by how unprofessional and confrontational the four staff members were, including the manager. Unfortunately we will not be visiting one of these properties again as they appear to lack flexibility with young families.

Not Worth It
This was a great place until it was purchased by a large corporation that owns multiple sites. Now it no longer has that family feel and requires membership. Takes all the fun out of being a voyageur and camping multiple places. Would rather spend the money on a seasonal site at a mom and pop place!
