Great Location To Canal

Right on the water! Was a great location by the lift bridge and close to everything by the canal. The bath house was super clean which is a big deal to us. There is no sewer hook-up fyi. It was all paved which was not a problem at all to us. Will definitely stay here again!!

Okay Place To Stay

This is an RV only place set on a marina. Yes there are places to dump. Yes there is water and electricity. You can walk out to the end of the spit of land and see the lift bridge, and Lift bridge traffic. We've seen several of the large ore haulers go through. We enjoy walking the eight blocks or so across the lift bridge, access to the restaurants in the area. You aren't paying for the amenities you are paying for the proximity to downtown Duluth and the water. It has been worth it for us.

This is a unique opportunity to enjoy spending time in a marina. There are a lot of activities in and around this magical city!

Buyer beware! If the entrance and exits are blocked by cars you are screwed, blued , and tattooed! There is water and electricity but no sewer hookup. The location was on the water but it is literally a little spit of land where RV's are parked.
