Camper’s having fun

We camped here in the 1980’s when it was a Jellystone Campground. Great place. Loved the PA every morning, ”wake up campers”. They even announced activities throughout the day for the kids. So if a little smoke and noise from kids having fun, (ages 2 to 99) bothers you. Move elsewhere. See Sunday’s Record Eagle, from 9/02/18, for the other side of the fence report from a neighbor. Great Campground!!

Great Family RV Campground

Stayed here twice this summer. Our kids loved all of the activities, pool, swimming pond, and dodge ball. Dodgeball was closed on our second stay due to COVID. Biking is easy on the roads and trails. Drawbacks: it is kind of dusty/dirty with dirt campsites; they have pay showers, which given the prices seems a little greedy; both sites we stayed at had sewer hookups that were uphill from the RV, which made dumping more difficult and inconvenient. The kids love it, so we will be back.

Wonderful

Great, safe, fun family campground! Nicely located to allow day trips around the area! Plenty to do at the campground. And a well stocked lodge for camp necessities. Plus the kids loved the pool and ice cream shop!

We have stayed for years. Always before or after season. It’s is probably our favorite campground. I give them 10 stars

Your spot on this app is about 20 miles NW of the actual site of the campground! Very misleading. Except for that it is a nice campground.

Wrong location

This is pinpointed near Timberlee ski area. This campground is actually on the East side of Traverse City near 5mile road.
