Great Walmart to overnight at. Stayed two nights with no issues. Around near the garden Center is private and quiet parking. Open 24 hours, flush toilets and drinking water. Lots of food options.

Park on the garden center end of building. Leave the spots closer to the building for the employees.

There are no RV parks or overnight parking options for RV's in the city of Detroit. While in the area for two days, we parked on the street in Detroit during the day or in museum parking lots and then drove here at night. It was a nice quiet place to sleep for the night.
