Water Fill, Sewer Dump
Potable water fill up-$10, sewer dump-$20. Didn't stay, just filled water. Campground was full, so it must be decent.

Convenient To Henry Ford Museum
We pulled in for a week primarily to tour the Henry Ford Museum, which did over several days. We opted for an Elec (30A)/water pull-through site. These are grass sites located on the east side of the fairgrounds. Our site (88) was shaded, but it was one of only a handful that were. There were only a few RV's in our section of the campground, but if they were full, you are pretty close to your neighbors. The site is long enough for our truck to park behind our 27ft 5th wheel comfortably. There is a Bathhouse with laundry ($2 wash/$1 dry) closer to the full service sites on the north side of the fairgrounds. The bathhouse was clean, but the stalls were small, and the showers have a common changing area. The fairgrounds were quiet and kept well-maintained. They take reservations. We took advantage of a 10% senior discount. This is partly offset by a 3% ($2 min) fee for using your credit card.

Decent Fairgrounds
Grassy sites with electric and water. Dump station available. There are full hook up pulls through available also. No shade. Can handle all size rigs. Bathrooms and shower are dated and tiny. Poor to fair water pressure in shower. On-site laundry, 2 washers 2 dryers in very tight quarters. Proof of vaccinations required for pets. Friendly and welcoming staff. Cash or credit cards only. Note you are charged $2-$3 for any credit card transaction. $24 a night with senior discount for back-in water & 30 amp electric site. 50 amp is more. Cell coverage Verizon 4G 3 bars but works well. T-mobile 5G 2-3 bars but very slow data. Wifi is available but we didn't use it. Twenty minutes drive to Henry Ford Museum. It was not busy when we stayed for a couple of days so well spaced out. If busy could be tight quarters as some areas narrow sites. Still worth staying for location. Use your own facilities and great stay.

It Works!
You’re basically camping at a county fairground so you have to keep your expectations in check and be thankful it’s safe and close to attractions at a reasonable price. They have updated the electric and water in some areas. No fire rings or tables at our site or others that I saw. Great access to whatever you might need in the area. We stayed two nights, went to the Henry Ford museum and moved on upstate for a true camping experience.

You Get What You pay For.
At $27 a night for 30 amp and water it was OK. If it wasn't for the fact that it was 20 minutes away from the Ford museum, I would have look for some place else. The showers and bath are awful. I tried to take a hot shower and I had to run all 4 showers before the water heated up. There are a lot of old unkempt campers.

Great Value
Senior Discount, 30 amp. We stayed Labor Day weekend as part of big trip. Water, electricity, dump station. 50 amp and sewer if you needed it. Close to the Henry Ford museum, and bonus, there was an air show less than half a mile away. We saved on the tickets and watched most of it for free, including the Blue Angels. We would stay here again. Bathrooms and showers were old. I find rust to be a sign of age not dirt.

I have stayed at this park numerous times and it is an excellent Park in the midst of the city of Belleville and Wayne County. It's friendly, full service, and within walking distance of several major Outlets such as Walmart, McDonald's, Wendy's, and Meijer Thrifty Acres.
