We stopped here for one night. Wished we could have stayed longer. One of the nicest campgrounds we have been in. Beautiful sites, level concrete pads, gorgeous bathhouse & new playground. It is on Lake Michigan with a beautiful beach. You can hear the waves. Wow!

Best Place Ever

We stayed at Manistique Lakeshore Campground for two nights but it just wasn't enough time to enjoy all the surrounding areas. What a beautiful, well kept campground with private sites that were just what we love. We have reservations to come back in late September and are so looking forward to our time revisiting two of the lighthouses as well as the town of Manistique. We highly recommend this beautiful place.

Awesome

This place is awesome. We were away from water but short walk to it. Cool as it was and windy was the only time it is good to off the water. Wi-Fi a little weak but all other amenities just outstanding. Love this place.

Short Stay

We found this great new campground by accident. Our spot was away from the water, but very easy walking distance. All internal pads with paved roads. Great amenities and well worth the price. Call ahead as they book up early.

We loved staying and wished we could stay longer. Already booked for next year!

We loved this place! Great views of the lake, concrete pads. Crews come in and sanitize every day. They had massive rain before we got here and many sites were flooded. The city was working very hard at pumping off the water. We stayed two nights, a couple sites were still flooded. Felt sorry for those people having to wade through water to camp. Management was great at trying to keep everyone happy. Still a great experience, will definitely be back.

Fond Memories

We stayed there 3 years ago and it was a very nice stay. On the water with peak a boo views of the lake. Some sites partially wooded. You can walk diwn to the water. Great fire pits and paved sites. We would definitely stay again.
