Very Very Nice.
A hidden gem. Very peaceful and relaxing. Loons on the water and eagles overhead.

Favorite Spot
I’ve stayed here twice and find it comfortable. Extended my stays enjoying church bells and friendly camp hostess. She even gave me a ride to the store. Sites are level bathrooms clean. I will be back again and again

I was there for a family weekend. This was a nice play to stay. Bathrooms are licked and have a passcode so only campers for the campground can use them.
There may not be many trees, there are geese, play ground, public beach and farmers market on Saturday. I suggest people read about it and look at the site before staying there. Be glad that there are places for you to stay in your campers etc. Some folks don't have anything to live in.
Can't please everyone all the time. Please don't bash little towns campgrounds. Find other place if you didn't like it.
I find this a warm, cozy camping place with friendly host helping the campers.

Look Before You Leap!!!
Website says full utilities. NOT! 20 sites with 30 amp electric and water.... 'use of dump station' at entrance (porta-pottie guys will pump out on Tuesdays for $15) when they do beach vastly toilets. Mostly unlevel gravel sites with trees lining the edges, cloverleaf picnic tables, some with grill, fire pits, Canada goose city. Playground, beach, boat dock ...CG is adjacent to City park, open market on Saturday. Several sites electric is a stretch, water (very high pressure, regulator a MUST per hosts,) at extreme front of sites, 50 feet plus. New sites are 50 amp, grass-sand site, no trees, cable available, NOT big rig friendly. New (2014) bathrooms and showers, locked at all times.
