Close to sleeping bear dunes. Quiet, small campground with both full shade and sunny lots. Pool was clean and fun for kids. Staff was helpful with local attractions and directions. Platte River was a short walk through the woods with a bench to enjoy the view. The bathhouse was old, and unkept. Quarter operated showers. Our family did not use the bathhouse since we had full hookups. The entrance unmarked with what the staff calls natural speed bumps(potholes). Site number 19 floods during rain. The pool bathrooms were not open and the built looks like it might fall over. The store was old, musty smelling, with very little merchandise. Our sewer hose was too short so we hade to pull forward once during our stay to empty tanks. The sewer intake pipe stuck up higher than our trailer exit pipe. So dumping was a challenge. No TV antenna reception. No wifi. During a busy July weekend there were only 3 RVs and 3 tents. The staff said they do not advertise.
