Nice Campground

Pet friendly! We occupied site 43. It was well maintained but not too much that may take away from the experience of "camping". There's a charcoal grill with adjustable surface at each site and a fire location too. Firewood is at the main station for $5.00 a prepackaged bundle. There's a fresh water spigot at each site, near the road. They can accept hoses if walking 20 feet is too much for you. The bathrooms/showers were well kept. The one nearest 43 was literally a 2 minute walk. (Even shorter when the sites between us and the bath house became vacant). The showers look as if they operate off quarters but they are free. There's a small playground for the littles ones near the lake, opposite side of the swimming area. There's a Walmart about 15 minutes away, in case you forgot something.
