Trip Across America
Stayed three nights here and enjoyed our time. Sites are tight but it’s right on the ocean! Quite strict on some rules and have a lot of seasonal people who have the best sites right on the water! Rather expensive. Friendly staff. Got to visit Acadia NP and some of the cute coastal towns.

Clean, great views, room for big rigs. Highlight of the trip was the support staff, Ron and Rob. Helped us the whole time solve a mechanical. They would not give up til we had the problem resolved, thanks Ron and Rob

The management has rules for everything. No grills on the picnic tables, no rugs on the grass( sparse as it is), no dogs on the empty camper sites, no cars on the grass. I can understand having rules, but you aren’t supposed to even walk on empty sites. The managing staff rides around on golf carts looking for infractions. The sites are narrow, and unless you are in the very front row of premium sites, forget a view. You can’t walk to town for shopping, and if you forgot anything, like bandaids- good luck. No place to tie up a clothes line, but don’t worry about getting your swimsuit wet; it’s too cold, and the beach is not that type of beach. There are no shells on it, either. The restroom and single shower are clean. The WiFi and cable are fine; the water is decent tasting. You do have to watch how you park to get level. A patch of dry, crunchy, smelly grass without a fence or bench is their dog park, and evidently you should teleport the dog to it, as they are frowned upon elsewhere

Great Location, But
Only one shower stall, really! Weak wifi as only one network provided, forget streaming. Expected better considering the pricey fees.
