Beautiful Park
We happened to find this beautiful park on a Tuesday before Memorial Day weekend. Got a lake side spot for $27/night with senior discount. Cement pad, picnic table, nice view. In the evening, the crickets & frogs serenaded us with quite a bit of enthusiasm! Clean park. Enjoyed it!!

Unusually well.kept State Park. Roads are paved and so are campsites; most are nearly level. Electricity and water at all sites; pump out stations conveniently located. Water pressure is adequate, ATT cell service excellent. Bath houses appear to have been recently painted outside, insides are clean but worn. Fun looking big playground for kids, along with two beaches with swim areas. Main draw is the beautiful setting on a picturesque lake and lots of room between sites. The sunsets at the end of Jaime Rd are breathtaking! We have already been twice and plan to retutn.

Very clean ,very family oriented, polite neighbors, very relaxing even though it was 96 degrees during the day. Walked the entire park, most sites are good, only a few had little or no shade. All in all excellent time, will come again.

Beautiful
This was just about 10 minutes off the interstate and well worth the drive. No highway noise at all. Winter rates were cheap. We had a prime lakeside spot for $22. One area was pretty full of what looked like full timers. We chose the bit higher priced area with no one around. It was well worth it. We did not check out the bathroom facilities.

Very Nice
Shady, comfortable, well-kept and economical. Lots of great sites with lake access. We reserved a premium lakeside spot online. It was wonderful in all respects except the concrete pad was very unlevel. Will call next time so I can ask.

Beautiful lake for bating n fishing.
Clean/shady, nice/relaxing.
The only thing we found is, it's a reservation park but they can't guarantee you to get the site you reserve.

Great State Park
The sites are large and shaded with level concrete pads. Water, 50 amps picnic tables and fire pits. Many sites right on the lake. There was a lot of loud music Saturday night but it was quiet during the week. I would definitely recommend this campground.
