Great Overnight Spot
Nice level sites, easy to maneuver sites & park. Laundry room and women's bathroom(can't speak for the mens) clean and operational. Had some road noise from I-49 but that was expected! Great for an overnight stay

Great For Travel Personnel.
We were here for 12 months. This is a basic park. They have level concrete pads. There are laundry facilities and bath/shower rooms. We saw two hurricanes at this park. The owner communicated with us regularly. They have a pass code gate, as well as security cameras. There is also a dog area. We don’t need extras, so this was perfect for us. I would stay here again in a minute. 20 min from Alexandria.

This place looks brand new. Level concrete pads separated by neatly mown grass and gravel roads. High security fence and security gate. Full hookups are well maintained; water pressure and 30/50 amp AC good. ATT cellular very good.
There are no facilities except two clean restrooms with showers and a laundry room. No picnic tables or campfire rings, but this is not a picnic destination. No apparent on site manager with all reservations online or by phone.
Very convenient on and off I49, and as a consequence highway noise is intrusive outdoors and mild inside with a/c running.
A comfortable, convenient stopover the the way through Louisiana.
Will return.

Convenient
Very nice, clean RV park with full pull-through concrete pads and full hookups all in the correct location. There is not much around the park, but the close access to downtown, activities, and shopping make it work well. Great gated code system for entry at any time, a definite plus!

Convenient
This is a gated park, with no apparent office. We called for a same-night reservation, and paid $40 by credit card. Full hookups.
We received a site number, gate code, and WiFi password both by email and by text message. No problems about late arrival. It’s a bare-bones park. All the facilities (which we did not need) are in a single building.
There are three rows of long, wide, level sites, so locating our site in the dark was very easy. There’s grass, but no trees. (The Web site includes a site map.)
It’s next to the highway, but the noise seemed to drop off as it got later.
Not a place for kids, pets, and get-togethers, but an excellent break on a long trip. We’d stop there again, for sure.
