We stayed there May 7th, 2021. This area was hit hard by hurricanes and several amenities were not available. We had a cement pad that was level with full hookups. Very nice people working trying to get this RV Park back in shape! Definitely will stay here again.

The place is old and a lot of the power stations were broken. The lady in the office when I called was real nice and said she would leave our packet on the door which she did. Office was closed when we got there, not too many people in the park most were long term. The restrooms by the office were locked and the ones by the recreation room were filthy, looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in quite awhile. Our site was a cement slab that was level and had water and power. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless it is your last resort.

Worth The Stop...
We were only here for the night. It was the perfect stop between San Antonio & the FL Beaches. My heart bleeds for the community which was hit hard by back to back hurricanes. If there was ever a small community along I-10 that could use a little extra revenue, this is it. The park is still in pretty good shape. Nice long & level concrete pad for our 42-foot fifth wheel easy pull-through and easy access to I-10. There’s a pool although we didn’t swim but it looks nice and clean even in December. I’d stay again and I’d classify myself as a high maintenance camper. The owners were really sweet, too.

No bathrooms or showers. That explains why paper work say the have clean restrooms since they won't let paying guest use them. The traffic noise is awful and no picnic tables. Paid $35 not worth it. Should have kept moving.

Park site was paved. Bathroom were passable. They had WiFi, but no connection ever happened. Lots of full-timers/temp workers.

Nice park, well maintained, cement pull thru sites, good WiFi, air TV. Friendly staff, didn't use showers or restrooms, easy access from i-10. Many residents & transient workers, yet quiet, would use again.
