The bridges you have to cross were a little sketchy, but the folks were nice to work with. Chris was great help getting you backed in and set up. Super quiet, bathhouse was clean and fresh, and the kids loved the creeks running through the place. The one-lane county road coming in wasn’t well maintained, but totally outside of the campgrounds control. Convenient to the Ark and even on to Cincinnati. Would recommend.

Closest To Noah’s Ark
Nice place hot showers. Don’t follow the map from this app. Take exit 144 on 75. Corinth/williamstown. Coming from the north, turn left. Coming from the south, turn right.

My Stay
Stopped here with the family to see the ark. Driving in the roadway is kinda small and few bumps. Driving class A with car in tow. The Campground only offers water and electric. Dump station available when you leave. Campsite has gravel road and two narrow bridges to cross. Bathrooms were clean and updated. Most of the Campground could use updating.
Staff was super friendly and helpful. Price per night is fairly cheap. It's a basic Campground very close to the Ark. Would stay again.

Needs Lots of work
Driving into the park was a one lane road. Going in, didn’t meet anyone. Coming out, the cars had to pull off the road to let us by. I know the owners have no control over the road, but it was very rough! Big holes everywhere. Once we got to the park, there is a sharp turn over a very narrow bridge! 43’ pulling a car was very scary. Sites are all gravel, and narrow. Not very level. On the positive side, the ladies working there were very nice. I did notice a lot of trees had been cut down or trimmed back. They are making an effort to improve the place. If I had to stay again, I would pass this one by and find something else.

Nice Stay
The lady on the phone was helpful. When we got there she took us to our site. It was peaceful and quiet. There is a small pool we did not use. The sites are spaced a little bit, plenty of room for slides. No pull-thrus so we had to unhook. Gravel site, mostly even, with picnic tables in need of TLC. Elec. And water only. There's a small creek running thru it, and small playground. Would come again.

Less Than Pleasant Stay
The campground was rather muddy but the sites were level. The bathrooms were not cared for; there was no toilet paper or hand towels during our entire stay. There were numerous rules some verging on ridiculous such as "do not touch the umbrellas". The camp host when we arrived was abrupt and rude. She scolded us for arriving after 9 when everybody was in bed and we would make noise to bother the other guests. When we arrived there were several groups still enjoying their outdoor time , certainly not sleeping and quiet. We felt uncomfortable and anxious during our stay. Not a place we would visit again.

Stayed at this campground 3 days. The owners were friendly, and very helpful. Rachael even took care of our dog for an afternoon. Campground was quiet and clean. Owners are fairly new and have worked hard to make this a nice campground. Give them a try. Only issue was no sewer hookup or cable. So many trees our satellite wouldn’t work.

Ok for the $$
New owners, trying hard to make it, very helpful. If you want to stay close to the Ark, this is your best bet. The park just North of the Ark is next to the interstate. This park is in a small valley but you have to pass several old mobile homes to get to the park. The park could stand to be cleaned up more but all in all its the only one close to the Ark that is very quiet. Make reservations, they only have 15 sites but adding more as they can. I am picky on whete I park but I would stay here again.

After a hairy day driving through Cincinnati rush hour, this place was a welcoming place to lay our heads for the night.
Judy made the reservation on the phone & we were greeted by Rachel at the office & escorted to our site. Both friendly and helpful.
We had to disconnect our tow vehicle & back our 40’ class A into our #10 site. No WiFi or sewer. There’s a dump station at the exit. Very muddy. But it’s springtime. Pet friendly. The park is neat and tidy. No complaints. Glad we stayed

Nice Stay
We enjoyed a 4 night stay while visiting the Ark in the off season.
We even did laundry and had lots of open walks for our 2 dogs.

Good Location For Visiting The Ark
Although the drive into the campground left us wondering what we were getting into, this turned out to be a nice place to stay. Staff is friendly and helpful, although very strict about their requirement that they have to direct you into your site due to insurance, including through the entire backing-up process.
Bathrooms were not fancy, but clean and kept up. Perfect location to visit The Ark Encounter and we received a 10% discount on our stay because we were going to The Ark. Campground was very quiet, which we appreciated.
Only negative was the area is pretty muddy. Outside of the gravel camper parking area which fit the RV, we walked in a lot of wet grass/mud which made a mess everywhere.
Based on some reviews from others, it sounded like the campground is supposed to offer wifi, but we weren't given any info on that.

The owners, Chris and Rachel, are very cordial and helpful. They helped us find a campsite on the spur of the moment on a Sunday afternoon after closing hours. The wash rooms and shower rooms are excellent and clean. There are rules in the campground for Camper to live by that are reasonable. We found it to be very quiet and comfortable.

Could Have Been Better
I would have rated it a 3, I know they are fixing it up. Here's is why I gave it a 2.
Mold on walls in showers.
Wifi non-existent. Spotty at best.
Too much junk by the office visible to campers (junk cars)
A little bleach in showers and hedges to hide stored clutter will go a long way

Great Help
First time in our 34 ft Class A with tow dolly/car, Rachel and Chris (Owners) helped us park worked to find right spot, shared advice and secured us into position! Nice park not starring at bunch the, lots greenery, very nice shower room off large outdoor pool. (Short hours for pool). Nice price. Road to get here is narrow, winding and steep hill, but we made it no problem with our beast, tapped couple tree but all well. Great first time experience at small campground.
