Actually has a great T-Mobile signal

One of the first stops as you exit West Virginia via I-64 Westbound that has a good T-Mobile data connection. HD video streaming worked great. T-Mobile data is basically non-existant on I-64 and I-77 in West Virginia. There is no overnight camping, but I believe Kentucky allows 4 hours at rest stops.
