6 Years Later Still No Soap
Very nice, large CG. COE CGs are our favorite and we stay at a lot of them. This is a very nice one. I noticed 6 years ago someone noted, though the bathrooms are very nice, there was no soap to wash up after use. There STILL isn't. The FHU area is shadier, yet more crowded, and only $1 more. We opted for a W&E site ($20/$10 with sernior pass), since we're only staying 2 nights, because of the crowd across the lake. All sites have picnic table and fire ring and reasonably level. There is a boat launch and fishing, but NO gasoline motors. Lake is completely lined with rip rap with no good swimming areas. There are 2 playgrounds...one in the camping area and one in the day use area. Nice 1.5 mile hiking trail around the lake. Excellent AT&T signal with 5G. We will be back next time we're in the area.

Home away from home.
Our favorite campground in Kansas. 3 years in a row, we spend a week in the outlet park. Nice people. Clean shower house. Very laid back setting.

This park was very well maintained. It has a beautiful setting and is family friendly. While the bathrooms and shower facilities were clean , there was no soap at all for washing your hands after using the facilities.
