Hidden gem

Looking for a place to sleep one night & this was. Perfect. Not fancy but very quiet & peaceful. The owner greeted us & got us settled. The sites were level & gravel. The price was very fair. Would recommend this property for anyone traveling through the area.

If anyone is anywhere close to Wichita Kansas you need to stay here a night or two. Very hospitable, very reasonable, and a great location.

Great Place

My wife and I stayed here 2 nights back in October of 2021 and really enjoyed it here.Dave was friendly and very helpful..Enjoyed talking to him as were were about the same age,were going to stay one night but decided to stay 2. Very quiet here. Thanks Dave.

Good For One Night

Good, inexpensive place to stay for one night 🌙. Only complaint the Flies are bad. It is a farm.

Absolutely loved this place. Owner super nice and there is a bed and breakfast in property as well. Great for stop overs. Sunset was surreal.

Rambling Randy

Can't say enough good about this place. Fantastic, comfortable, quiet and safe. Such a nice farm, with a bed and breakfast. More farms should consider doing this.

After a long day of driving and arriving VERY late, Dave was right there to help us back in and get hooked up. This place is great Good cell service and WiFi. Full hook up , very reasonable. The next day...He even recommended a great Mexican restaurant, they had excellent food. We will stay here every time we come through. Even stayed an extra night this time.

Farm Living

We stayed here on our way to Sturgis one night. Dave is very kind and accommodating. Very quiet and clean little place. We will stay again sometime on our way through. Thanks Dave

We stopped for the night on our way to Colorado. Decided to stay 2 nights. Very quiet on a beautiful farm. Easy access off of 400. Small little town close by for eating/grocery shopping. Diagonal back in sites with full hookups. Very clean, peaceful. Great cell service and WiFi!!! Planning on stopping on our way home. Nothing fancy, just nice and quiet!! Owner is SO nice!! They even have a storm shelter for a just in case!!

Great Stop Over

Picture perfect farm just off hwy 400. Super friendly owners. 9 large sites with full hook ups. Would definitely stay again.

Easy off Hwy 54, great WiFi, 48 channels with antenna, great cellular coverage, very quiet and peaceful. Dave was welcoming and let us tour the B&B on our own, really nice.

Country Farm Charm

Stopped for 2 nights on our way home from Arizona. It was just perfect for us, we have a 38 ft class A. 9 sites are level grass, back in diagonal, 50 amp, water, sewer and WiFi. The owners are the nicest people, even gave us a tour of the B&B. This was a dairy farm and the B&B rooms are in the old milking parlor. Access easy from hwy 400 east of Kingman. Most definitely will stay again.

Wonderful couple. Quiet country setting. Not far from major highway access.
