Okay But Not Great
Had issues finding the right location to check in. Tested my electric hookup and it was open/neutral. Called and they moved us to another space. Once we got through the initial set-up issues we had no further problems. The campground has seen a lot of use and they did repair a number of potholes and other road issues while we were there. If I need to camp in that area again, I’ll look around.

Should Put Full time Campers Together
Park is loaded with full time campers/park workers spread throughout the campgrounds. In my opinion they should all be placed together. Definitely some run down RV’s in this campgrounds. Water pipe was bent to where it was almost horizontal and difficult to hook up to. Does look like they did some updates to bath/shower house. No fire rings, those must be rented. Sites themselves are pretty tight, not much room. So small that the RV and tow vehicle barely fit, have to park tow vehicle awkwardly.

Sites are small. Can’t get any WiFi signal so shouldn’t even say they have it. sites are level with no issues with electricity, water etc. they don’t edge around any poles and RV so grass was 2 feet tall around all of it. Workers can stay there for free so they’ve been there a long time with no edging. Some of the RV are really old. Just made the place look bad and uncared for. It was quiet and had no issues with people. I’d stay there again because it was close the park but it wasn’t what I expected of a campground associated with an amusement park.

Memorial Weekend Stay
Nice clean campground, but small sites. Had a rain storm and our site remained extremely soaked do to poor placing of sites ! Unfortunately we were put next to the dog play area which was noisy!

Ridiculous
Stayed here for the Oktoberfest event. They would not switch my site to be closer to family. The site I was given was in 6” of water. There were two other sites in the same loop that were totally dry which were NEVER filled! Would you want to stand in that deep of water to plug into a 30 amp socket??? The sites were so cramped and there’s no fire pits either. The lady at the desk was rude too. I work in customer service for a living so I don’t complain like most people but I would rather never give my business again. If I were you I would choose somewhere else.

Pleasant Stop, Needs Some Repair
Stopped for one night on our way through, and it was enjoyable. Full hookups are always great, but the sites were pretty small. Only about 15 feet to our neighbors, but enough space to do what we needed. Pool was warm and the kids loved it. Playground was in need of repair, as were the trolleys. I don’t think the 30 amp sites were regulated quite right, as our breaker kept tripping. All in all, it was a comfortable stop, but a little pricey at $48 a night. Entrance to Adventureland theme park isn’t included.

Nice big place, lots of sites and pull throughs, next to restaurants, Walmart about a mile away, no highway noise, shady sites, bath houses, laundry, wifi won't reach the back of the park too good but we enjoyed our stay. Very friendly staff.
