CG Review
What a fabulous place. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The large pond with fountains and a bridge are so pretty and peaceful. The "shelters" are terrific; each have many washer/dryers( very reasonably priced), a kitchen, super clean restrooms and showers. I can't say enough about the showers-Loved the water pressure and shower head pattern selections. There is also exercise equipment, pool table, games, etc. Just a real gem of a place. Making a reservation was so easy, Carol was very helpful and efficient and gave explicit directions to our site, making it quite easy. What a great value for all you get. I would definitely stop here again and again!!

Super Place
Passing through and what a super find this was for a day. Beautiful grounds, super clean, cement slab for easy pull through and set up. Easy check-in. This one is worth the 5 star rating!!

Great Park
We were staying only one night, but the winds were bad and stayed yet another. Very nice owner, and a very clean park. No picnic tables, no fire rings, but FHU@$30. We went and visited the "Living Farm History Museum" on the west side of Des Moines. A very fascinating museum. All outdoors, and a lot of walking. History from the Ioway Indians to the settlers from the east becoming farmers.

Passing Through
Park advisor did not indicate that reservations are required. They are!
Campground totally full, the offsite office was very helpful recommending another campground. This campground appears to be mostly long term rentals. However it is by far the nicest, cleanest, well paved longterm campground I have ever seen!

Wonderful place to stay. Spaces are large, well maintained, and we had a great spot. Good value. Highly recommend. We stayed one night in our 36 ft motorhome with tow behind.

Great Overnight
Great overnight stay. Got there when it was already dark and the neighboor came out and helped us back into our spot. Super helpful and polite owners. The shower house and laundry are nice and clean.
Good place.

Quick One Night Stop
Called ahead and they were able to take me last minute. Very friendly on the phone. Site was level. Very clean bathrooms and three showers. Liberal spacing between sites. Very quiet! I would stay here again :)

Looks Nice
Nice clean looking park. Says there is wifi but there isn't. My concrete pad was not level. Front wheels up off the ground. No dog park. Beautiful fountain.

Beautiful, Well Maintained Park
Nice concrete sites. Easy access onto I-80. Only negatives were poor internet at additional costs and only one shower in restrooms at entrance. Highly recommend if you need a peaceful one night layover.

Picky
Pick and choose who they want to rent to says year round. But if they don't like you they ask you to leave.mainly for people they want..I would say they need to make it just private members only.
