Location is good, close to highway but nestled away in a park like setting. There are lots of sites and if it were crowded we probably would have had a different experience. As it was we had the run of the place. I only rated it a 3 star because the toilets, pit and flushed, were very outdated and flushed toilets near us were out of order or grossly backed up. We tried to fill water tanks but potable water ran cloudy with pressure issues. The host put a call in, he told us. Our site A #8 was slightly sloped but leveled out so we didn't have to use levelers for our 26 foot Winnebago. Most sites we saw were grass and many yes, are sloped. Still it was nice and peaceful at Jubilee!

Quiet
Really lovely, quiet park. Beautiful prairie grasses and flowers throughout the park. Sites are nice with partial shade at most and are electric only. Pit toilets on each loop and centrally located shower house available to all. Water and dump station available at entrance. If you are looking for peace and quiet, I highly recommend this campground.

Good, quiet state park. Decent bike, hike and equestrian trails otherwise not much to do at the park itself but it's within reasonable driving distance to a good number of attractions.
Sites are modest with most pretty level side to side but not so much front to back. Not undoable but have to shop around for a good spot sometimes. Not usually a problem as there are plenty.
Camp hosts have always been friendly and can direct you to local things to do if you ask them.
