We got lucky finding a spot last minute. Hosts are very friendly and welcomed us. Spots have plenty of room. Hot showers and its 25 cents for 5 mins. Bathrooms are clean. They lock gate of location from 10pm to 7am. Some road noise. Love the tall trees.

Noisy, Sites On Top Of Each Other

Trains and highway next to CG makes it very noisy. Sites are very close to each other with no privacy. There are much better CGs nearby

Great Campground

For $10.50 per night on the Golden age card this is a deal. Hot showers, flush toilets, a beach area, playgrounds, and RV camping in a deep dark forest. Road noise, as it is close to Hwy 2, but it lessens after dark. Friendly rangers, bicycle paths along the highway back to Priest River town.

Some road noise, but it quiets down at night. As advertised with spacious sites that are not on top of each other. Site 12 is right on the river. Dry camping for $21/nite. Flush toilets, dish washing station and showers for $.25 for 5 minutes.
