Great campsite next to the river. Just off the highway but no real noise issues.

Great Campsite

My Cousin has stayed there numerous times. We went there in my trailer this time. Only sites available were on dirt road and very dusty, BUT was still nice( loop C ). Best sites were all reserved on the paved road ( loop A). So ,call ahead for reservation for best sites. Be prepared for dry camping as there are no hook-ups. Enjoyed our stay there. Hosts were very nice.

Good Location

Good location about an hour from Yellowstone. Road is a bit bumpy coming in but it's not that far just take your time. Spots are mostly level close to the river for fishing and there's a small boat launch for small craft. Restrooms were very clean. Spacing is average for Forest Service Campground.

Great

Awesome if you are on the right spot. We were standing 30ft from the river and there were only three other campers that night. You want to watch our for bears as there where traces all over the place.
