Change of Rules

I was rudely awaken but politely told to leave at 10:30 at night by local police. It was a nice day use park and was disappointed that I could not spend the night. I was glad that the Crackel Barrel parking was still available not too far away. I suggest checking before committing to spend the night, Covid19 has made it difficult to rely on previous dispersed camping reviews.

Stayed Here One Night

Stayed here while we were visiting Savannah, twenty minutes from downtown. No issues, although police did drive through around midnight. They didn’t say anything so maybe we got lucky. Breeze felt nice off the water, would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Free Boondocking

We stayed here for 2 nights in a row. Lots of parking,a beach, swimming, fishing and picnic tables. This place was beautiful and very quite. The locals call it butter bean beach.
