Convenient Place near Golden Isles
Grassy pull-through sites close to I95 and the Georgia Golden Isles of Jekyll & St Simon. Stayed 10 days in our 31’ motor home. Full hookups, level site. Sites look to get a bit muddy if it rains. Not a resort, by any means but decent. A little tight for larger rigs. Laundry is decent. Employees are pleasant. Very nice to have a bar and restaurant on the premises which offers 10% off food bill for those staying at this RV park.

Nice Off The Road Campground.
It seems like a typical campground. Nothing fancy. The restaurant is nice. A full menu / bar. With a nice lil seating area outside. A small swing set for the kids, and a pool area. It’s nice for a lil stop. The people here are nice. Would do a quick stay. Great location to Jekyll island.

Older CG, New Owner
Older campground with major improvements by the recent new owner. Excellent option underway. We stopped for an overnight on the way back home to PCB and stayed 3 nights. Level, grassy sites with dated but very clean bathrooms. Not a resort but they don't claim to be. Beware of those that post reviews as if they judge everything by the standards of a "resort". This is a target location for us when passing through. Sites are not huge but very adequate for your needs. Don't hesitate to stay here.

Great Overnight Stop
Great for an overnight stop. Close to I95. Staff is very friendly and we didn’t make it to breakfast but was a great option for anyone getting back on the road. Late check in was so helpful and our site was easy to locate and get set up in. There were some long term sites but the seemed to be well kept. We felt safe with security on patrol. We would stay here again.

Very Pleased
Very friendly staff, checked on us once we settled in. We needed a picnic table they brought one immediately. Pool was nice, you needed to check in the office to get a band. They just opened their restaurant due to COVID-19. There is a laundry room but sorry I did not go in to explore (shame on me) usually do whether I use or not. Nice fenced in dog run not big but the fur babies that used it while we were there looked happy. Our site was level. We would stop here again. Passport America, we paid $22.00 a night.

Wish It Were So
I wish that I could say it was a cheap overnite stop, but it is not cheap.
DO NOT USE THE WATER ! it smells and tastes horrible. It will contaminate your tank and take many flushings to clear.

One Night Only
Stayed in late March. One part of park is mostly where people live and trashy. Other part was okay for a stay over. Only stayed one night and that was enough. I don’t know where there pics are from as it didn’t look like that when we stayed.

Passing Through
Looks like the park is trying to improve roadways. Cant get a cable box because they are either broke or not enough. No discounts unless Monday-Thursday.

Don't Stay Here
I would not stay here if I were paid to ever again!! During my couple month stay, I witnessed them dumping an overflowing septic into the dog walk area. They water smelled of raw sewage 70% of the time i was there. Full time campers love to talk or bitch about what goes on in the park! Don't get caught you will get an earful that will turn your stomach. The owners dont care about their workers or people who rent their delapatated campers that are roach and animal flea infested. I've witnessed tjis in a couple of campers also had to battle the fleas in my own area even after spraying my lot down. When i mentioned it the owner personally told me to leave he doesn't want my money any more. So complaining does nothing but get u booted. He supports a wife beater who happens to b the maintenance manager wtf! Cops and/or ambulance are there in middle of the night at least 2x a week. Most of the workers tho were pretty decent there.

Easy to get to but roads and spaces sort of tight. Clean but to get cable u have to get a cable box from the office with a deposit but none were available or broke. No channels available with unit antenna 6 out 10

Cable didn't work. Wifi available at a snail pace. Management unhelpful and rude. Would not stay here again. Understand why the other area parks were full and this one wasn't

Correction
Not run down, not noisy, clean, smell is paper mills, not much they can do about. Not overly offensive, and only smelled it in the morning. This is a very pretty park.

RVs are to close, WiFi goes in and out, lots of construction people who have loud trucks leaving at 6am, some kind of plant nearby with the odor of sulfur when the wind blows your way & camp ground has a no refund policy. Would not stay here again.

If weather wasn't so crazy, and me & my dog weren't needing to stop. I wouldn't stay here. Bit run down. Needs lots of tlc.
