Messy Sites, Unfriendly Staff
Very small sites! Staff unpleasant, and unwilling to help. When I checked in and asked where I could find the site the woman pointed through the gait and said “ right down there! You can’t miss it!” I drive a 30ft motorhome with a flat towed car so driving around looking for the unmarked site was frustrating! Also sites were not maintained, some have a large incline, and the debris made it difficult to get into the site. Paid a lot for such a mess!

Typical Encore Park
There are good things like a pool, but a lot of bad - management,no cable, laundry is a pain because u have to purchase a membership card, and games you cant play because they have no equipment. If u need to stay here because of location its ok, but this park needs some love.

Very nice camp, barely hear the highway. Easy on/off. Sites are small and the wifi is not good at all. Paid extra for a week for "wifi" had slow spotty service that only worked well if you were outside. People were nice office staff helpful. Would stay again but only if they upgrade the wifi.

Unfriendly Reception
The campsite itself is nice. Quiet and clean. Nice pool area and activity areas. Saw staff cruising around keeping the place nice. The other campers also had pride in keeping their sites neat. Location is ok. Not too far a drive into town and the beaches. Good access to gas station at the entrance. However, to have TV you need a digital converter. Encore says it's due to Comcast but they could have given warning on their site when booking. Biggest BUT is the lady at the reception, she was downright condescending every time we talked to her. Serious question a return just because of her.
