Peaceful
I just love to be able to unwind and relax. You see dolphins everyday and sometimes wild sea life like hammerhead sharks. The owners and keepers are amazing. They always offer a smile and that just lets you know you are going to enjoy this place. Make sure to be an early riser to watch the sun come up

Lovely Location, Limited Access
Looking for a place to park our RV in February I visited Pelican's Landing recently. I was informed by a very friendly and helpful lady in the office that winter stays had to be for a minimum of 4 months. Too bad.
This is a very neat and tidy resort of mixed accommodation; RV's and manufactured homes. Fees are in line with other resorts in the area which is amazing considering the location and vista's. If you are in the market for a site to park your RV after April but prior to January, give this park a try. I wish I was in a position to do so.

Poster Spot For RV Life
On the Indian river, secluded, peaceful, friendly, dog friendly and neat as a pin. Travel in an RV is fun. Finding a gem like this is a delight that gives me an inner chuckle that I get to experience this. Not being Ann early riser I missed the sunrise over the Indian river. However I had a fantastic cup of coffee seated in one of the dozens of Adirondack chairs sprinkled about the grounds, especially river side. This breeze off the river is heavenly and the million dollar views have me wanting to slash my tires and move in for good. CeCe is a delight and couldn't be nicer or more caring about her guests, although as usual my dogs got the lions share of attention. Then again,, they deserve it. I hesitate to even review this place out of selfishness, but the secrets already out. Pelicans Landing is a 'must do' if you're going to be staying in or visiting this part of Florida.

Such A Delightful Surprise!
Loved this park-a little blast from the past -you just feel "welcome" from the moment you pull in. Cece, the host, was super friendly & accommodating. Well kept, spots right on the river, great docks, & views! A little tight for the BIG motorhome (ours was 43') but we did it. No pull throughs but the ambience made up for that!
