I stayed 3 days with Mr Greany at his private, wooded 3 acre property. I have a 37ft motorhome towing a jeep It was easy to find, just south of I-10, near exit 203. The pull-thru access road with an exceptionally wide entrance made it very easy and the hookups were close and accessible..We also had unlimited data high-speed wifi. The all-inclusive price was very reasonable. I highly recommend anyone travelling I-10 utilize this private, secluded stop.

This is a small RV park the owner is building in his secluded and wooded back yard. While he is catering to traveling nurses, at the time of our visit he had 3, he was anxious to host us for a one night stay. The utilities are new and well placed. A pool and laundry was available, and he even offered to drive us to the grocery store so we wouldn't have to unhook the car. Small, unfinished but a delightful stay. We stayed here in a 34 ft motorhome. We rate this a 3+ only because of its unfinished nature. We stayed in Feb 2020
