Unacceptable. Still new to the RV life. Planned on staying two days. Left after one night. Many long term rentals. We were stuck in a location between two campers. Could barely fit. Not enough room to open our awning and set up between. Barely enough to open slide. Crowded and noisy. No fire pit or room to set up grill. Had a nice big oak in the middle but not a place to stay and relax.

Trouble-free Stopover

Just far enough off interstate to avoid highway noise. Lovely shade trees, sites pretty level, friendly staff, utilities in good repair. Fenced dog yard a plus. Can confirm lowish water pressure, but not a real problem. Surprisingly good Wi-Fi bandwidth. Would absolutely stay here again.

Overnight Stay

Stopped for 1 night. About 3 miles from I-10. Very nice employee at the desk. Took us to our pull through site. Satellite did not work because of the tall old trees, but they have cable hookup. Looked like there were a lot of long term residents. Very quiet. Clean. Would stay again.

I came for a 1 night stay on homecoming with some buddies (not my family). I had site b1 and it was on the corner so it had lots of exit traffic going by, and it eliminated my "front yard". It wouldn't have worked for a family outing but served its purpose for a temp location before moving to the Civic center to tailgate. I'm sure there are great spots in the park, I just didn't have time to explore

Accommodating

Very accommodating-needed pull through for short time-constrained visit and host found a site for us! Beautiful trees, level site, plenty of space, convenient to access.

Nice Place

We stayed one night. Check-in acted like we were more of a bother than a customer, but the park was nice. Cable, Wi-Fi, water, electric and welcomed pet's so we were golden. Check-in should take note that when overnighters arrive, they have been riding all day pulling 15,000 lbs behind them, please consider this when your patrons check in. It's not life shattering to experience a less than friendly welcome, but it would make it nicer for customers.

Easy off I-10. Pull through gravel site. Full hook-ups. Nice shaded site. Didn't use facilities as we are in a 35ft 5er. Great for a couple of nights or so. Convenient location. Nice staff. Small park with mostly permanent residents.

Lots of Shade

Convenient location at north edge of town. Plenty of shopping close. The park's hallmark feature is huge spreading oak trees with Spanish moss. Entry to park has a reversed method ... enter on left, exit on right. Just be prepared for this when turning off of the main highway. Some of the best sites under the trees are great for a big rig, but the parking pads (if any) are crumbled and broken. Utilities are adequate with the exception of marginally low water pressure, about 28psi at best. Many long-term "snowbirds" here as well as itinerant workers. The park is quiet at night even though it is on a high traffic four lane divided highway. There are no amenities here that would attract a family with children. We will use this park again for a one or two night stopover. The WiFi is very fast, at least from our site near the office.
