Sad
This is no longer St John's and has become lots more expensive.

Pleasant To Work With
I was pleased with this park because it was easy to access right off i95 and it was a 15 min drive from St. Augustine. 57 dollars a night if you have good sam or your military which seems to be the best price you can get around the st. Augustine area atleast from my small amount of research

$56
Least expensive around
Paid $56 for a single night stay after a Good Sam discount. They accept Passport America but not during February unfortunately. Full hookups (50amp, water, sewer). Site A3 was plenty big for our 42ft 5th wheel with plenty of room to park the truck in front. The cement pad was old and cracked but got the job done. There were 2 sewer hookups (front and back) so that was nice to choose the closest connection.
Most of the residents are permanent but it's a clean, quiet campground. We could hear noise at night from the freeway but just a low, typical hum of passing traffic.
The intersection to tun off the highway into the park is crazy busy. You have traffic going all directions and it's almost non-stop so it took a good amount of patience any time we came or left the RV park.
Front desk service was very friendly.
Our Progressive Industries EMS popped in the morning and warned us of low voltage on one leg of our 50amp. Everything still worked ok, but be sure to check voltage.

Great Park For Short St Augustine Visit
I booked this park as many others in the area were well over $90 ( if not sold out) Thanksgiving week— our rate here was about $50. It’s a small park- convenient off I95 and within a few miles to downtown St Augustine. We had a pull thru site- gravel and level. Full hook ups, cable and quiet. Check in was smooth and clerk was super friendly. They gave me a load of Info on St Augustine.
We stayed for 3 nights. I would stay here again if traveling through and would recommend to others that want to visit St Augustine and not pay outrageous camp fees. I didn’t give 5
Stars because there’s no pool , community room, etc. —-
Just good, clean campsite

$48
Expensive $48 for what you get. Gravel sites. Poor wifi.
Close to 95 but not worth the price in August! Very friendly office staff however.

Tourist
this park was just what we needed a nice safe comfortable overnight spot near st. Augustine. The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, everything about it was just right. And the price was better than the competition.

Great park
Basic amenities for sure, but has the best and biggest dog run I've ever seen.
Staff is courteous and efficient and eager to please. You can walk to three fast food restaurants, a weekend swap meet plus by car you're close to everything to see in St Augustine.
Would recommend this as competitively priced and a bargain.

Pretty Nice Park
Not all sites are full hookup but they do have a dump station which blocks the exit when in use. They recently reduced the time they honor Passport America 1/2 price deal to June/July and would not honor PA card in March.. PA catalog says they should honor it. Otherwise park is clean and quiet. 7 miles to St Augustine with daily tour busses to shuttle you to historic downtown with a $25 tour purchase. A great deal for sure.
