We stayed here for one night in Jan, 2022. The place is more of a retirement village than an RV park. The site I selected had the worst electric/water/sewer setup we had sen in over 30 parks. I could not reach the sewer line as it was directly under the RV. The bathhouse is newly updated and very nice. Laundry machines were not too expensive.

We stayed here for a week in March. Our stay was during the recent cold snap so we didn't have an opportunity to try the pool. The lake is fabulous! Very beautiful and peaceful. This park is close to Pine Island Beach park which is right on the gulf. We didn't have the best site but it was close to the lake and the laundry facilities. Residents and management are friendly and helpful. We paid $250.00 for the week which is very reasonable.
