Pricey! No Tropical Gardens…

Decent enough place and convenient to all things in and around Daytona. However, the booking system and website info is inconsistent and at $149 a night during race week and then again during bike week is quite pricey! Staff was pretty friendly and helpful offering a monthly rate for our two week stay that did make it quite a bit less than the daily rate. Another $5 charge per day for electric seemed uncalled for with the high rates they were charging. The sewer hook ups are not convenient, but sites are large and spaced out.

Won’t Go There Again

I reserved a site with full hook up. Was given a site with everything but sewer. My sewer hook up was in the site next to me meaning I would have to run my sewer hose right through the middle of my neighbors site. Not to mention that the sewer hook up was well over 20 feet away and my hose wasn’t long enough. When I talked to the lady she acknowledged that it was kind of odd that the site was set up that way but assured me my site had sewer hook up. Poor customer service. They have a dump station at the entrance/exit however the water supply to flush was locked up and I could not access. This place is a joke.

Sides are nice and spaceous. Paid around $44 per night. Pet friendly. However, our side was full of dog crap. When I went to the office to let them know that they need to clean it up, the office was closed at 5pm. Emergency phone # dorect me stright to voicemail. I couldnt let my kids to play around because of someone’s irresponsible behaviour. I’m not cleaning someones shit!
