We just left the SMR Travel Park and I’m compelled to submit a review. This is our first stay at this park and we will definitely return. The roads are dirt as well as most sites but nice foliage. Very attractive and foliage keeps the dust down. Trees that aren’t palms are pruned well along the roads so my class A paint really appreciated it. This whole area is still recovering from flooding due to the hurricane but It appears that there are new sites being added and renovations still in the works. Lastly, the pool and bar look great. Wish we had the weather to use them.
We messed up our reservation leaving us one day short, including getting some deliveries we were expecting. The staff did not freak out and although full, found us a spot and even called us on the expected deliveries. Kathy was the best! Calm, knowledgeable and understanding. Thank you for your help Kathy and the whole staff.

Very Good For A Week
Enjoyed our stay. Only improvement would be a hot tub for winter visits. Mostly long term renters but we enjoyed our pull thru site, quiet & lots of walks. Centrally located for day trips out & about.

Loved the park stayed there for 12 years but if you don't stay 4 or more months they don't want you there.

Grand Old Park
Overall we like this park a lot. Nice pull thru sites with enough greenery to offer some privacy. The park was built in the 70's but has kept up with the times. Nice accommodations for just about any size rig. Most of the roads had been filled and smoothed recently with additional sand.
The store had a good selection that was priced right. Pool was clean and refreshing. TV service and AT&T cell coverage was weak. Very quiet at night.

Great Family RV Park
I really like this campground. Very lush. Tons of trees. Heated pool, dog park area, kids playground with several swings and slides. We hiked to the lake. About a mile round trip. Only saw one other person in a golf cart. You feel like you’re way out in the woods( they have 100 acres) but Publix is right around the corner. Camp store is very well stocked and affordable. It did pour rain last night but drained away quickly. I didn’t give it 5 stars because WiFi is slow and our site had no table. The closer to office WiFi is faster.

Great For Families
This is our second time camping here and its great for families. They have a heated pool, playground, dog park, area for fishing, and a games room. The beach is less than 10 mins away. We always loving coming here very friendly all around.
