Clean Park, Active Community

55+ park. Many activities in the winter months with a large group of volunteers who keep things running smoothly. Facilities and property are clean and beautiful. Some permanent residences along with park models and RV sites. Nice large laundry area, 2 comfort stations with showers. Mini-golf course, pickle ball, shuffle board, horseshoes, exercise equipment, two heated pools, recreation hall, library, fishing, etc. Live music & dances on Saturday nights in the winter. Beautiful sunsets over Lake Josephine on the property. People are friendly and welcoming to all. Stayed here for three months in our motor home with full hookups.

55+ Retirement RV Resort

Lot’s of park model residents, 88 RV sites, full hookups, no pull thru’s. They usually have at 1 or 2 sites available for transits. Two bath houses. Two pools, tennis, pickle ball, other activities. Not really a place for kids, except overnight.

It’s very clean and nice! But it’s more for adults!! A lot a people living in this place!!.. very peaceful,!!!...
