Awesome Park
Stayed 5 nights here. Bathrooms are nicer than mine at home. Very clean park. Paved. Nice patios for the evening. Beautifully landscaped. Spent every morning and evening taking a dip in the wonderful pool. William here everytime we visit.

Nice Park in Ruskin
We found this park by chance when we could not get into a nearby county campground. I think this was probably better for us as this park had water, electric and sewer. Our site was a large level gravel site with a nice concrete pad and picnic table. Plenty of room for our 30' RV and tow vehicle. Only negative at the site was no fire ring. County regulations did not permit traditional campfires but you could have a fire with a covered pit. A quick run to home depot for a fire pit and we were in business. Most of the other "campers" were full time or seasonal residents but the ones we met were very friendly and we enjoyed meeting and speaking with them. For the negatives: the noseeum bugs were horrible! They made sitting outside uncomfortable but bug spray helped. Ruskin itself doesn't offer much to do unless you want to fish but 30 miles north or south for day trips can keep you busy with fun places to visit.

Local Camper From Orlando
Very nice park, good location, great pool area and heated, Front desk nice and helpful, pets are being phased out but had no issues with pets, liked seeing them, all were leashed. Water side deck good place to watch sunrise and sink a cup of how. Will return, loved the passing train.

Beautiful Location.
Our second year coming to Tampa South. It’s well maintained with clean and modern facilities. The people that work and camp there are very friendly.
The resort borders the Little Manatee river with awesome Sunrises.
The pool is always clean and warm. And the location is great for visiting St Pete and Tampa. Don’t forget to view the Manatee at the Big Bend Power station.
