Ok Place
we spent two nights, the pool is very good, the neighbors were very friendly, walmart right on the corner, beach 10m away, no playground for kids, I recommend

Full time RV'er
Manager is rude and staff are standoffish. Winter months are 70% Canadians. Place is small with no shade trees, and no playgrounds for kids. I stayed here for 3 months and would never stay here again. All in all place is clean.

Transitioning to Sun Communities.
People were very nice and helpful.
Improvements being made will really up grade this park.
