Find somewhere else
The spots are very cramped, especially in the back loop near the water. The hookups are not maintained well. Most people in our large group reserved a 30 amp spot, but when we arrived, none of the 30 amp outlets in any of our spots worked. Maintenance let some of us borrow an adapter to hook up to the 50 amp plug. There is also a train track just feet from the side of the park. Trains go through a few times a day (and night) and shake the whole campground, horn blowing the whole way.
There are better choices of campground in this area, but if it's a last resort, make sure you have a surge protector and an adapter.

Nice Residence
Came in at dusk after office hours. Packet was left on the board. Some issues with original site (power was turned off). We were able to reach the after hour person easily, and reassigned a new site! Staff is great and helpful. 4miles to beach (we ubered, $10) Walking distance to liquor store :-) and local takeout restaurants. Park is mostly residential. Negatives; No cable. Pay for internet (courtesy internet sucks), Train tracks near by. Hook-ups are not always close, have extensions for all; power/water/sewage. Will come back.

Very dissapointed about this park. We not be returning!
Most of the permanent residents need to keep better care of there place of stay. Take the tarps off the roofs. And fix the problems. Best because it makes the park bad.
